This waste tank is a storage and extrusion machine developed by our company specifically for the collection and compression of lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials in the slitting process or die cutting process. It has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient discharge of waste material, small footprint, stable operation, low noise and so on. This product is a powered waste collection device, which compresses waste through extrusion.
This product is mainly composed of servo compactor, air intake, air exhaust, electric control box, continuous bagging discharge plate and waste transfer box. The fan in the main engine is used to provide power for the scrap, and the solid gas separation of the waste in the transfer box is realized by the principle of aerodynamics through the processing of the pre-packed waste. The waste gas enters the negative pressure dust removal equipment through the exhaust pipe for secondary filtration, and the waste enters the waste extrusion unit for compression.
After entering the transfer box, the waste will automatically fall to the extrusion and compression place, and will be automatically transported out through the mechanism extrusion. This extrusion equipment can handle wide continuous & broken materials (the continuous waste width can reach 40mm, and the die-cutting speed can reach 60m/min). Waste collection length 1.5M *0.5M*0.48M time frequency 5-12H once.
