Recently, the Zhengdao Group announced that the group has entered into 3 independent conditional Jiabeisi equity transfer agreements, and the wholly-owned subsidiary Zhengdao Power and Ningbo Meride will be the sellers. The entire equity of Beth (accounting for 25% of the total equity of Jia Beth), the total consideration is RMB 88,614,100.

The second Jiabeisi equity transfer agreement: Zhengdao Power intends to sell a 5% equity interest in Jiabeisi to Yuyao Jiacheng at a consideration of approximately RMB 17.7228 million. The third Jiabeisi Equity Transfer Agreement: Ningbo Meride (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) intends to sell 10% equity of Jiabeisi to Zhuhai Panshi at a consideration of approximately RMB 35,445,600.
