What is the mixing and batching process for lithium-ion batteries? -Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment
1. Preparation of positive electrode plate
1.1 Drying of raw materials
(1) Lithium iron phosphate: vacuum baking. (2) Conductive agent: Baked at normal pressure. (3) Adhesive: Baked at normal pressure.(Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment)
1.2 Slurry stirring
a) Pour NMP into the vacuum mixer and add PVDF into it; b) Add the positive electrode dry material evenly in four times. c) Stir at high speed under vacuum for 3-5 hours; d) Discharge and prepare for coating.
1.3 Coating
a) Apply the slurry evenly on the surface of the aluminum foil on a precision coating machine. The coating thickness can be adjusted according to different requirements.
2. Preparation of negative electrode plate
2.1 Do not dry the raw materials.
2.2 Slurry preparation
a) Pour purified water into the vacuum mixer. b) Add CMC, stir, and dissolve completely; c) Add SbR and deionized water, stir for 60 minutes; d) Add the negative electrode dry material into the mixer evenly and sequentially in four batches. e) High-speed vacuum stirring for 3-5 hours; f) Discharging and preparing for coating
2.3 Coating
a) Apply the slurry evenly on the surface of the copper foil on a precision coating machine. The coating thickness can be adjusted according to different requirements.
3. Rolling of pole pieces
The coated pole piece is rolled once on a roller machine to reach the thickness required by the process.
4. Pole piece punching
The rolled pole pieces are cut into required small pieces on a die-cutting machine and prepared for lamination.
5. Lamination
The positive electrode, negative electrode, and separator are stacked on the automatic lamination machine in a certain order, and the number of layers is according to the process requirements.
6. Battery case welding
The positive and negative electrodes are welded to the positive and negative electrodes of the cap respectively, and then installed into the aluminum shell. The interface between the cap and the aluminum shell is welded by a laser welding machine.
7. Battery filling
Inject a certain amount of electrolyte.
8. Battery formation and capacity division
