More than half of TSLA charging piles are repaired -Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment
At the TSLA super charging station on Jinyinhu Road, 3 of the 6 charging piles were broken.
A reporter from Changjiang Commercial Daily saw at the TSLA super charging station located at the Eurasian Exhibition International Hotel in Wuhan Jinyin Lake that all 6 charging piles were lit, but one of the charging piles had been tilted and was leaning against the trees. The security guard of the parking lot told reporters that only 3 of the 6 charging piles can be used, and the crooked charging pile has been bad for a long time and has been repaired.
However, the TSLA dedicated line staff told reporters that only one charging station was damaged, and said confidently: "If a charging pile is not used for a long time, there will be data records in the background."
It is understood that in 2017, TSLA sold about 20,000 vehicles in my country, and Hubei had about 200 vehicles, accounting for 1% of the national sales share. A salesperson of Wuhan TSLA admitted to reporters that from the end of last year to the present, the number of TSLA vehicles in Wuhan is increasing, approaching 100 vehicles, and the current super charging piles are indeed somewhat worn out and the supply is slightly insufficient.
It takes 4 months before and after the charging pile is repaired once
"It's not charging, or it's on the way to find a charging pile." For Chinese TSLA car owners, finding a charging pile before going out is the first thing.
At the entrance of Wuhan Jinyinhu Eurasian Exhibition International Hotel, 6 TSLA super charging piles are lined up, and the "TESLA" logo is printed on the electric box next to it. The reporter waited at the charging station for nearly an hour, but no TSLA came to charge.
"Three charging piles here have been broken, the first, the last and the middle one." The security guard of the charging station pointed to the charging pile that had been tilted and told reporters that two charging piles here were broken last year, and they were repaired. Now 3 more broken. The above-mentioned Mr. Lu also said that in October last year, it was found that two charging piles could not be charged. Although the lights were on, but charging for 1 minute, the charging piles would automatically power off, just like a trip.
On July 17, the email sent by TSLA to Mr. Lu showed that all overcharge sites in Wuhan (including the Eurasian Hotel) had been repaired. In this regard, a reporter from Changjiang Commercial Daily called TSLA customer service, and the customer service responded. The system showed that only one charging pile of the Eurasian Hotel super charging station was repaired, and the remaining five were normal. When the reporter asked questions, the staff made it clear that if a charging pile is not used for a long time, there will be data records in the background, and only one repair report is temporarily displayed here.
Not only that, the email shows that it took 4 months from the first repair report for overcharge in October 2017 to the repair in February 2018. "The after-sales service of millions of cars does not match." Many Wuhan TSLA car owners complained in the WeChat group that there are few ultra-charging piles in Wuhan, and there are many damages, and the repairs are not timely.
TSLA staff said that there are currently only 3 super charging stations in Wuhan, which are located in Yuexiu Fortune Center in Qiaokou District, Jinyin Lake and Jiangcheng Avenue in Caidian District. Each charging station has 6 charging piles, a total of 18 charging piles.
A salesperson of Wuhan TSLA admitted to reporters that the current super charging piles are indeed somewhat worn out and the supply is slightly insufficient.
Car owners face the dilemma of high-speed and difficult charging
From "local commuting" to "long-distance use", 300 kilometers is called the node of pure electric vehicles. Although TSLA models all boast a cruising range of more than 300 kilometers, because they can only be used in TSLA's own charging network, many TSLA owners are faced with the dilemma of high-speed charging.
