1. Laminator

2. Ultrasonic welding machine

The worker holds the finished laminated battery and sends the pole lug into the welding position. 3. Cutting machine

The lithium ion battery pole lug to be cut is manually fed into the cutting machine knife edge, and the cutting knife is driven to cut the protruding part of the pole lug by controlling the cylinder movement. The cutting process needs to ensure the symmetry of the pole lugs on both sides, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the temperature.
