Focus on hydrogen fuel power cell -Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment

At the TEDA Forum just past, the Deputy Director of the Department of High tech Development and Industrialization of the Ministry of Science and Technology continued to disclose in advance the industrial focus at the end of the 13th Five Year Plan and during the 14th Five Year Plan. On the one hand, it focused on the key core technologies of hydrogen fuel cells for vehicles, as well as the research and development of core technologies such as hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and hydrogen refueling, and continued to strengthen advanced power cell technology and the next generation power electronic device technology.

Li Jianqiu, a professor of Tsinghua University, also said at the forum of China Electric Vehicle Hundred People Association at the beginning of the year that it is estimated that there will be 5000~10000 hydrogen fueled commercial vehicles by 2020. In 2017, we calculated that the number of domestic fuel cell commercial vehicles has exceeded 1000, and will continue to develop in the next few years. In the future, through the integration of the industrial chain, the cost of each link will be greatly reduced.

The policy focuses on enterprise layout: hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles gain more attention

The continued advanced speech shows that the country attaches great importance to hydrogen fuel cells. At present, hydrogen fuel cells are increasingly used in commercial vehicles.

"The density of industrialized fuel cell stacks has exceeded 2000 watts per liter. Significant progress has been made in fuel cells, power system components and integration technology." Continue to speak in advance.

In terms of policy, in October 2016, the Blue Book on the Development of China's Hydrogen Energy Industry Infrastructure (2016) issued by the Resources and Environment Branch of the Chinese Academy of Standardization and the China Electrical Appliance Industry Association first proposed the development roadmap of China's hydrogen energy industry. It mainly includes: by 2020, the number of hydrogen refueling stations will reach 100; The number of fuel cell vehicles reached 10000. Made in China 2025 clearly puts forward the development plan of fuel cell vehicles, which has raised the development of hydrogen fuel cells to a strategic height. Local governments, such as Shanghai and Wuhan, have also issued policies on hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.(Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment)

China's energy structure is dominated by coal (accounting for about 75%). With the rapid development of economic construction, the energy consumption is increasing, and the pressure on energy conservation and emission reduction is also increasing. With the tightening of environmental protection policies, hydrogen energy is such a high-quality energy. As an alternative fuel for automobiles, hydrogen has the advantages of good acceleration, fuel adaptability, good low-temperature starting performance, ultra-low emissions, high efficiency under all working conditions, etc.

It is with the help of policies and broad industrial space that major enterprises have deployed hydrogen fueled commercial vehicles. On August 29, Weichai Power signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Canadian Ballard Power Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ballard") in Jinan, Shandong Province. The former invested about 163 million dollars to subscribe for 19.9% of the latter's shares, becoming the largest shareholder of the latter. Weichai Power also announced that it plans to provide at least 2000 sets of fuel cell modules for commercial vehicles in China by 2021. This is the largest commercial fuel cell vehicle deployment plan in the world.

Weichai Power and Ballard Power signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On the same day, Shandong Heavy Industry Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Jinan Municipal Government, and the "Green Dynamic Hydrogen City" (Jinan) demonstration project was officially launched, which marked the official commencement of the global leading hydrogen energy automobile industry cluster that Shandong Heavy Industry Group strives to build.

On the evening of August 31, Mengshi Technology announced that it had signed an equity transfer agreement with Great Wall Holdings, and the company transferred 51% of the equity of Shanghai Fuel Cell Vehicle Power System Co., Ltd. to Great Wall Holdings for 60 million yuan. It is reported that Great Wall's acquisition of the equity of Shangran Power aims at fuel cell technology to prepare for the later development of fuel cell vehicles.
