Electrolyte analysis of lithium ion battery -Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment
The electrolyte of commercialized lithium hexafluorophosphate shall not exceed 60 ℃. If the solvent also contains dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate and other solvents with lower boiling points, high temperature is not recommended. Electrolyte solvent is generally mixed solvent. It is better to be at - 10~40 ℃.
Storage and use method of lithium ion battery electrolyte
The electrolyte of lithium ion battery is an important part of the battery, which has a great impact on the performance of ternary lithium ion battery. The electrolyte of lithium-ion battery is mainly composed of organic solvents. The suitable solvent requires high dielectric constant and low viscosity. The commonly used ones are alkyl carbonate, such as PC and EC, which have strong polarity and high dielectric constant.
1. Use the oil tanker for turnover.
2. Before use, the processing personnel must notify the QC of the liquid injection process to test the water content of the electrolyte (sampling, including the unused electrolyte in the electrolyte bucket and buffer tank, the environmental requirement is that the dew point of the glove box is less than - 28 ℃), and the processing can only be carried out after the detection is qualified.(Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment)

4. When the pressure in the electrolyte tank is lower than 0.01Mpa or the electrolyte cannot be pressed out, it is said that nitrogen needs to be added to the electrolyte tank. The nitrogen filling pressure is not more than 0.2Mpa, and the left pressure gauge shows. When switching the SP quick connector after using up the electrolyte, you must first clean the quick connector with DMC, and then dry or dry it with anhydrous alcohol.

5. Before shift change, all valves in the buffer tank must be sealed and stored; When the electrolytic test in the buffer tank is unqualified, it is necessary to empty the electrolyte in the tank, use a special container to hold the discharged electrolyte, and use alkali to neutralize it.
6. After the electrolyte is used up, the empty bucket shall be marked and recycled.
7. The electrolyte of lithium-ion battery should be stored in a cool place with a temperature of less than 25 ℃ and away from fire and heat sources.
8. Use alkali-resistant appliances to prepare and store the electrolyte, and slowly pour the alkali into distilled water or deionized water, and stir it with a clean alkali-resistant rod. Do not pour water into the electrolyte.
